Nutrition Consultations
I offer one-on-one consultations to help you feel restored. Our time together will begin by discussing your goals and reasons for seeking nutritional support. We will explore food choices, behaviors, schedules, and habits that may be hindering your resilience to external stressors. After a thorough review of your health history, we will create a personalized plan that best supports your body’s needs. My role is to educate, guide, and support. I will provide tools and resources designed to inform and help you stay committed to your goals. Follow-up and accountability sessions will be designed in ways that are right for you.
3-month package
Over the course of 12 weeks, we will meet a minimum of eight times to discuss behaviors and beliefs that may be blocking your resilience. We will address questions and concerns as you navigate a new path toward a nourished life. Each session will be about you and the support you need to implement changes that align with your personalized food and lifestyle plan.
6-month package
Extended time for education, guidance, and support as you implement your new lifestyle and food choices. We will address any challenges or questions you have along the way as well as alter or change any choices that no longer serve you. Connecting over time is the best way to get the support and encouragement you need to make your wellness vision a reality.
